KloudIdentity is an agentic AI identity governance platform that governs both human and AI-agent identities across hybrid environments. It began as Kloudynet's Identity Gateway — live in production today at PNB and Thai Union Group — and is extending those proven IGA controls to the non-human identities that AI agents introduce.
Traditional IGA was built around one long-lived identity per human, reviewed quarterly. AI agents break every one of those assumptions: thousands of short-lived instances per workflow, credentials that must be issued per task, and policy that has to be enforced at execution time rather than in a periodic review. Bolting a non-human identity module onto a human-centric platform doesn't close that gap — it requires a different identity architecture.
The Identity Gateway is live now — connecting legacy and modern applications (SOAP, REST, SQL, Linux, AS400) and automating joiner-mover-leaver processes with SoD and shadow account checks. The Agentic IGA layer, adding agent discovery, unified human-plus-agent access reviews, and cryptographic agent identity, is targeted for December 2026. Inline enforcement and just-in-time access follow from 2027.
Agent 365 governs the agents an organisation already knows about. It has no visibility into shadow agents, citizen-built agents, or on-premises-connected agents that were never registered.
